joined the organization as Vice President, Claims.
Mike Lanza has worked as a Healthcare Claims professional for nearly 30 years. He has an extensive management background with experience working with small to large national accounts. Mike most recently served as Vice President of Claims for a large national stop loss carrier where he was responsible for integrating the claims operation from acquired companies, expanding quality assurance programs, and strategically negotiating claims savings via cost containment. Mike purposefully strives for the best claims outcome in every situation. In addition to his claims management experience, Mike brings strong operational and customer service skills.
Mike obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
